Main Responsibilities
As a First Line Support specialist, you will be the unit's front figure. You will become a central part and a vital cog in the work of helping our users with, for example, ordering IT services and resolving IT-related issues. You will work in a ticketing system where all cases are handled and assigned, which also allows you to assist with the prioritization of decisions. Your tasks will include, among others:
- Handling incoming technical and IT-related cases
- Providing telephone support to our users
- Escalating cases to Second Line or other relevant functions

Qualifications
- High school education, preferably with an IT focus
- Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
- Good computer skills
- Swedish citizenship
- Driver's license, minimum class B
Merits
- Experience in First Line Support
- Experience working within the Swedish Armed Forces
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Experience with ITIL

Other Information
The position is a permanent civilian employment based in Örebro. Start date is ASAP or by agreement. Travel and business trips occur in the role, and you may work irregular and inconvenient hours.
The Swedish Armed Forces apply a 6-month probation period for those who have not previously been employed by the Armed Forces.
